These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by MTG TECHSOFT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients engaging in website, software, or digital product development.
- All work begins upon written confirmation and agreed scope from the client.
- Additional features, pages, or third-party integrations requested after project start may be subject to extra charges.
- Clients must adhere to the agreed payment terms.
- Partial payments may be requested at key milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% before handover).
- Final project handover (including domain, hosting, admin credentials, or source code) will only be completed after the full payment is received.
- Domain, hosting, and credentials will be transferred to the client only after payment clearance.
- Until full payment is made, MTG TECHSOFT reserves the right to retain access and control for security and contractual enforcement.
- If the client does not respond, provide content, or participate in necessary steps for 10+ days, the project may be paused or marked inactive.
- Re-activation may incur additional charges.
- Post-launch support is limited to bug fixes for 10 days (unless otherwise agreed).
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, or content changes are available under a separate support plan.
- Once a project has started and work has begun, no full refunds will be issued.
- In the event of cancellation, charges will apply for the work completed up to that point.
- Upon final payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA is in place.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, server issues, third-party tools, or user misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamilnadu/India.
